Duquette is a small unincorporated community in Pine County, Minnesota, in the United States[1], along the Willow River. Duquette is located along the BNSF Railway on what was at one time the Great Northern Railway. It was founded by local businessman Frank Duquette and is home of Lola's Duquette Bar, the River Inn Bar and Supper Club, and the Duquette General Store.

DUQUETTE, a village in section 24 of Kerrick Township, was built on an early Indian village site; the first settlers were French Canadians, among them Frank Duquette, who built a sawmill and store. The village was named Kerrick until the Great Northern Railway depot was moved three miles south, keeping that name, and for a period Duquette was called Old Kerrick, the new site being called New Kerrick; the names were corrected when the Duquette post office was established in 1905.
