TKDA named city engineer in Scanlon, Wrenshall 

TKDA, an employee-owned engineering, architecture and planning services company, has been named city engineer for the cities of Scanlon and Wrenshall. Jeff Goetzman, PE, will serve and represent each city as its official city engineer of record, functioning as an extension of each city's staff.

At least 3 dead in car crashes in early snowstorm in Minnesota 

Some of Minnesota's roads became a slick, white danger zone with an early snowstorm leading to the deaths of at least three people in car crashes. One of the people who died was a Good Samaritan who had stopped to check on a driver whose vehicle spun out of control in the snow, according to police in Plymouth, Minnesota.

Driver Dies when Semi Truck Goes into River 

A semi-truck driver died after the truck left I-35 and went into the St. Louis River on Friday morning. The Minnesota State Patrol says a semi-truck driver died when the vehicle went into the St. Louis River near Scanlon early Friday morning.
