Carrington truck driver injured in New London, MN crash 

Two women were injured as well as a Carrington man Wednesday after a dump truck and a vehicle collided at the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Minnesota Highway 9. The Minnesota State Patrol reports that a 1992 Mack dump truck was traveling north and a 2007 Sebring was traveling south on Highway 71 when the car attempted to make a left turn in front of the truck. The dump truck swerved and rolled.

Minnesota man, accused of throwing raw pig's foot, claims bias charge is unconstitutional 

The lawyer for a man accused of tossing a raw pig's foot onto a table at the Willmar Farmers Market has filed another motion for dismissal, this one seeking dismissal of the most serious charge, which alleges bias. Joseph Francis Fernkes, 61, of Willmar, faces three charges stemming from an incident in August.

4 teens hurt after early morning crash in Minnesota 

Four young teens were injured early Wednesday, Nov. 1, when their vehicle landed upside-down in a slough south of New London. The names of those involved have not yet been released and the accident is currently under investigation by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office.
