1 More Day of Warm Weather, Snow Expected Sunday 

Minnesotans will have the chance to enjoy one more day of warm weather before winter weather returns, according to KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell. On Saturday, temperatures are expected to reach close to 40 degrees.

Damage was moderate to the Dodge and severe to the Ford. a Received a two-vehicle crash report at U.S. Highway 14 at the 3rd Avenue exit ramp in Mankato at 2:58 p.m. Jan. 15. A 2017 International grain semi driven by Kraig C. Kunkel, 46, Glencoe, was eastbound on Highway 14, exiting onto 3rd Avenue when he blacked out and collided with a 2017 Freightliner semi driven by Christopher A. Miest, 46, Le Sueur, who was on 3rd Avenue.

DNA points to felon in shooting during St. Paul store robbery, police say 

A Le Sueur, Minn., man is accused of shooting and injuring an employee at a St. Paul SuperAmerica on Thanksgiving Day during a robbery attempt, authorities say. Jason Gatrell was washing dishes in the back of the convenience store at 717 Snelling Ave. N. in St. Paul's Hamline-Midway neighborhood when his brother, who also works at the store, suddenly entered the area with an armed gunman behind him, according to legal documents.

Wind Chill Advisory Remains in Effect for Dozens of Minn. Counties 

It was a frigid start to Wednesday, with temperatures of -7 degrees in Minneapolis and -9 degrees in St. Paul by 6 a.m., according to KSTP Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow. Meanwhile, some cities outside the metro area experienced even colder air, with Princeton and Cambridge reporting -20 and -17 degrees by 6 a.m., respectively.
