Spray patching continues this week in Crow Wing County 

Crow Wing County highway maintenance crews will continue spray-patching operations along County Highway 11, from Highway 6 in Perry Lake Township to the Aitkin County line in Unorganized Territory, Second Assessment District, formerly Dean Lake Township. Road shouldering maintenance will take place on County Highway 15 in Gail Lake and Jenkins townships Monday, Oct. 15, and Tuesday.

Jenkins Council adopts Preliminary 2019 Budget 

The Jenkins City Council voted to certify its preliminary 2019 tax levy and operational budget when it met in regular session Monday, September 10. Members present included Mayor Jon Lubke and Council members Hart, Hoffman, Rudlang and Stricker. Public Works Superintendent Olmscheid and City Clerk Krista Okerman were also present.
