Riess heard talking to clerk at Iowa station 

The Dodge County Sheriff's Office released the 43-second clip on its Facebook page on Thursday night as the nationwide search for Riess continues. They hope that the clip, the only discovered to date with audio of Riess speaking, will bring them one step closer to capturing her after four weeks on the run.

Four Minnesota State two-year colleges get new leaders 

This week, the board of trustees approved the appointments of Carrie Brimhall as president of Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Craig Johnson as president of Ridgewater College, and Michael Berndt as interim president of two schools, Dakota County Technical College and Inver Hills Community College. Brimhall has been vice president of academic affairs at Minnesota State Community and Technical College since 2014.

Marshals offer reward for 56-year-old double murder suspect from Minn.7 hours ago 

A $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Lois Riess, a southeast Minnesota woman being sought after her husband was murdered in March is now a suspect in a second death, has been offered by the U.S. Marshals Service.

With her platinum blonde hair and a cherubic smile, Lois Riess looks in photos like what she is - a 56-year-old grandmother from small-town America. For the past three weeks, police say, Riess has led them on a nationwide pursuit - from the southeast Minnesota worm farm where they found her husband shot to death last month; to Florida, where they suspect Riess befriended and killed a woman who looks like her to steal her identity; and finally to Texas, where police fear she may find her next target.
