Man facing arson charge 

Robert Raphael Schultz has been charged with arson in the first degree, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. He is also charged with damage to property in the first degree, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
