Car struck from behind ends up on side on Hwy. 42 

Patricia Ann Callanan, 66, of Kellogg, was driving south in a 2012 Dodge at about 10:54 a.m. Sunday on Hwy. 42 at 608th Street when she stopped in the southbound lane to make a left-hand turn onto 608th Street.

Fugitive MN grandmother caught in Texas 

The U.S. Marshal Service says that Riess was arrested around 8:25 p.m. Thursday at a bar and restaurant in South Padre. Two deputies made the arrest without any incident, according to authorities.

Carl Anderson of the Clarks Grove Fire Department has been on the force for 39 years, serving as fire chief for 29. In his position, he has been paged to fires in the middle of night in temperatures that have ranged from 20 to 30 below zero.
