3 people face charges after large drug bust in Wahpeton 

Members of the Southeast Multi County Agency Drug Task Force who searched a home Tuesday say they seized about 2 pounds of marijuana, along with methamphetamine and heroin. The drugs are worth an estimated $17,000 on the street.

Charge: Colorado man hired to help collect drug debt shoots man twice 

Court documents have revealed more details about a shooting at a downtown Fergus Falls apartment on Nov. 21 that left two people wounded. Three people - Derek Joel Koch, 35, and Shaylee Bree McCulloch, 20, both of Dalton, and Hailey Rose Johnson, 20, of Erhard - have been arrested in the case.

Police say the driver appeared to be trying to park directly in front of the Provisions shop Saturday morning and instead slammed into the store and drove at least 50 feet into the building. The car came to rest in a hallway that is linked to other stores in the Excelsior Mill building.

Three arrested following shooting in Fergus Falls 

Three people have been arrested in connection with a shooting of a man this week in downtown Fergus Falls, police said Friday, Nov. 24. Derek Joel Koch, 35, and Shaylee Bree McCulloch, 20, both of Dalton, and Hailey Rose Johnson, 20, of Erhard, are being held in the Otter Tail County Jail on charges of conspiracy to commit murder in the second degree, and aiding and abetting assault in the first degree, according to Fergus Falls Police Chief Kile Bergren. According to police reports, officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of South Union at about 4 a.m. Tuesday.
