Christmas Day to New Year's Eve Coldest in Twin Cities in 132 Years 

That's 1872 by the way. The coldest temps recorded during that stretch occurred on the same morning when it hit -40A in Embarrass and -41Ao in Cotton -- both in St. Louis County.

Perennial friendships down the Bug Creek Road

Cotton Host First Ever National Night Out Celebration

MnDot Marks 220 Miles Complete in 2016 Construction Season 

With just four construction sites left in northeastern Minnesota, state Department of Transportation officials were celebrating the completion of this season's projects. Duane Hill, nNDOT District Engineer said crews tackled a significant part of region's highway system just this season alone.
