Cass County Board: Timber sales account for about half of land department revenue in 2017 

Total revenue in 2017 was $4,248,648. Of that, $2,098,296 came from timber sales and extension fees for more time to cut timber.

A free public presentation will help to address these questions when Koochiching Aging Options hosts Honoring Choices Minnesota at the Backus Community Center at 6:30 p.m. April 25. "Lynn Betzold from Honoring Choices Minnesota will share stories and information about why it's important to talk with others about your health care wishes," said Douglas Skrief, executive director of Koochiching Aging Options. "Lynn will talk about how to write down your wishes so that your health care providers can honor them when the time comes," added Skrief.
