NETT LAKE, a village with Koochiching County, located in sections 18 and 19 of T. 65N, R. 21W, part of the Bois Forte Reservation; the first post office, 1909-28, was moved from St. Louis County to Koochiching County shortly after it was established; a second post office was begun in 1940, becoming a rural branch in 1956.
