Lake Henry is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota. Minnesota State Highway 4 serves as a main arterial route in the community. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.4 km²), all of it land. The elevation is 1,309 ft (399 m) above sea level.

As of the census of 2000, there were 90 people, 42 households, and 19 families residing in the city. The population density was 649.0 people per square mile (248.2/km²). There were 43 housing units at an average density of 310.1/sq mi (118.6/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White.

There were 42 households out of which 23.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.2% were married couples living together, and 52.4% were non-families. 47.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 26.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.14 and the average family size was 3.20.

In the city the population was spread out with 27.8% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 31.1% from 25 to 44, 14.4% from 45 to 64, and 21.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 130.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 150.0 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $38,750, and the median income for a family was $45,625. Males had a median income of $30,833 versus $30,625 for females. The per capita income for the city was $15,694. There were no families and 5.3% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 18.8% of those over 64.

LAKE HENRY Township, settled in 1855 and organized in 1869, took the name of a lake in sections 10 and 15. This lake name, as noted for the last preceding township, was received from the expedition of Woods and Pope, whose route passed the north ends of Lakes David and Henry, named by their journals and maps, identifiable respectively as Lakes Henry and George of later maps. The city in section 14 was incorporated as a village on October 6, 1913; it had a post office, 1883-1905.
